This jelly, Victoria is interspersed with layers of meticulously arranged fake fruit, creating a vibrant tapestry of colours and textures that mirror the opulent desserts of historical European banquets. Each layer is cast in brilliantly tinted resin, capturing and reflecting light to emulate the sumptuous, jewel-like quality of the original creations.
