The 'Queen's Jelly' is a regal confection that brings the luxury of royal dining to life. This faux dessert features a tiered, crown-like structure,  with each layer cast in brilliantly clear or tinted resin, capturing and reflecting light to emulate the sumptuous, jewel-like quality of the original creations.

This jelly, Elizabeth encapsulates layers of meticulously arranged fake fruits, including cherry, pineapple, grape and berry creating a vibrant tapestry of colours and textures that mirror the opulent desserts of historical European banquets.
