The Pyramid Cream is a vibrant homage to the artistry of Victorian desserts, inspired by the pyramid cream illustration in Mrs. Beeton's Book of Household Management (plate no. 8, sweets section). With meticulously layered tiers, this piece embodies the elegance and creativity of 19th-century culinary presentation.

Each layer offers a play of colours and textures, from the pink blancmange base to the vibrant strawberry jelly that appears to absorb the lime green layer in a magical optical effect. This sculpture also features an endearing sag in its base, reflecting the imperfections of handmade charm while maintaining its luxurious appeal.
