The Cross Jelly, sometimes referred to as the 'Alexandra Cross', draws inspiration from Victorian jelly moulds, celebrated for their decorative and symbolic designs. The cross, prominently featured atop this piece, was a popular motif in moulds of the era, often used for festive or religious occasions.

Experience a dazzling interplay of colour and light with this multi coloured jelly. This breathtaking creation showcases layers of vivid hues, from bold ruby red to deep sapphire and glimmering gold, crowned with a glossy white decorative top. Its dramatic gradient effect and sculpted form make it a centre-piece that transcends traditional dessert replicas.
