The Intriguing World of Super Yachts and Fake Food

In 2022, the Fake Food Workshop undertook a distinctive project in collaboration with the esteemed Vickers Studio, known for their exceptional yacht interior designs. The task? A pastel-themed fake food ceiling installation for the 52m Super Yacht Oceanbird, in Italy.

Our collaboration with Vickers Studio involved creating 8 square meters of pastel-hued macarons, doughnuts, lollies, cake slices, and ice creams. The goal was to adorn a section of the yacht's pantry with a display of faux sweet treats, adhering to a consistent palette and quality standard.

The client, seeking a refined addition to their new super yacht, approached us for quality faux confections in pastel tones. To meet their vision, we meticulously crafted and shipped 8 boxes of these faux food items from Scotland to Italy, where they were expertly installed during the yacht's refit.

This project was a testament to precision and artistry, enhancing the Oceanbird's pantry with a collection of meticulously crafted faux sweets. As always, we take pride in fulfilling unique requests, transforming innovative concepts into tangible creations.
