From Scotland to Canada: Reviving Tea Culture with Casa Loma

Bringing History to Life: Our Collaboration with Casa Loma, Canada

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Casa Loma, a renowned museum in Toronto, to recreate a historical tea menu for their exhibit on Victorian and Edwardian tea culture.

The challenge was as delightful as it was intricate: creating a display featuring petite pink fours, cucumber finger sandwiches, macarons, scones with clotted cream, and perfectly crafted fake strawberries. The goal was to transport visitors back in time, capturing the essence of a classic tea experience.

We were thrilled to hear from Tessa, an Assistant on Casa Loma’s Curatorial team, who shared, "We have completed the tea exhibit in our museum, and I wanted to thank you again for your beautiful work! It really brings our exhibit to life."

It's collaborations like these that remind us why we love what we do—making history tangible, one plate at a time.

Casa Loma is one of North America’s most enchanting tourist attractions and best hospitality / special event venues in Toronto.

Each year over 650,000 visitors tour Toronto’s Casa Loma and the historic estate gardens. A perfect backdrop for special occasions, Casa Loma also plays host to over 250 private functions, weddings and special events annually. The unique architecture has also made it a highly sought-after and unique location for film, television and photo shoots.
